Live longer with minimum effort everyday!
Basically, believing in your purpose, healthy habits, and consistency is a great start. I feel my new purpose is to help others start feeling better, because just a few small changes everyday has changed my life in such a postive way. As a result, I created a minimum daily routine that anyone can do for themselves. I do not follow a popularly named diet or a special workout that a celebrity endorses, although I did research a ton of them. I started reading more and listening to audio books on many health subjects, and as a result through this research discovered patterns that surprisingly were connected.
This blog is to share my experiences and I hope that the content inspires you to get started living longer with minimum effort everyday.
