Here you’ll find insights, ideas, and inspiration to help you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.  The focus is the age group 50-100.  I laugh every time I see things in this life that I either don’t agree with our can’t understand why people make certain decisions… then I remember it has taken me 50 years now to figure out just a few things about life!  My patience has gone through the roof since I turned 50.

Who are we?

I’m Darby Hughes, the founder and creator of 50-100Fitness.  My brother, Dale Hughes (co-founder and contributor), and I have always been passionate about fitness growth and the power of small, consistent actions in transforming our lives. Through our journey of fitness improvement, we’ve discovered the incredible impact that simple daily routines and habits can have on our overall well-being.
